The industry has done a great job of convincing people that they need all this non essential junk to stuff in their pockets. I've had to cut one seatbelt in my entire life, andy a half sharp Buck stockman did it with very little trouble. Used the sheep foot blade at that too. You can cut a seatbelt with a Victorinox classic.
