What's My Next Spyderco? Contest/Giveaway!

Yes I love both of them :)

What about the Dice?

I like the concept but found with both of my Domino's that I never used the flipper. The hole just works too good.
Maybe with a smaller version I'd use the flipper more but I've got no way of taking one for a test "drive".
I do have a model in mind for my next purchase and it hasn't been mentioned yet.

Is it out yet?

Newer or older?

I am going to suggest the Tuff. It is a fantastic knife and for being so large, it carries quite small in the pocket, well, at least relatively. But compared to the ManixXL, it friggin disappears. The ergos are great and it is such a unique piece. It gets the most pocket time of any of my spydies for sure. I like the 3V steel too, while its corrosion resistance is what you would expect from it, the edge stays for quite a while and also takes a very nice edge.

Edit:: I am spydernation #1990 btw. I guess this forum doesn't let me have a signature yet so I can't advertise it. I spend much more time on the spyderco forums (chuckd over there)

:pirate:Dog tag looks really nice, I want one of those. I saw the original maker/design in blade.

I have two more suggestions, both from same collaborator. But neither is released yet. One of them should be very soon.
I'll wait and see what others suggest.

I tried carrying "keychain" knives but just can't get over the extra bulk in my pocket. Sort of a minimalist I guess.

One of my options has been mentioned though.

How about a des horn gent knife or treating yourself to a set of Wilkins scales vs getting a new knife! They look fantastic IMHO!

I was looking at my Des Horn this morning for a carry but I'm grilling about 20 pounds of rib eyes so I decided to carry my best slicer.

This'll do the trick. (and another option that can be scratched off my want list ;) )

My suggestion would be the Fluted Ti Military. Being a Spyderco collector, I'm assuming that you have a Military in some sort of configuration. I have the blue G10 S90V model, and it's probably my favorite knife. I wanted a Ti Military for a long time, but they've been hard to find. Recently, I was able to handle both the regular Ti and the Fluted Ti models, and was very surprised in the weight difference between the two. The Fluted Ti model didn't seem much heavier than the G-10 model. I don't think I'd even consider the regular Ti after handling them both.

Isn't this just beautiful?

Yes...it is so dang beautiful I can't stand it! I have hopes of trading my duplicate Lionspy for one some day.

I agree. Beautiful knife!
I've already had the Ti though. Kept a few of my G-10's but still miss the Ti sometimes.

But, the fluted Ti (in hand) is in another league... In my opinion, of course.

It is in another league, just a little too big of a carry for me on my job. It scares the hell out of my clientele when I open anything bigger than a Squeak. Overstated a bit but not far from the truth. Take a "non knife knut", add alcohol and watch the opinions fly...it's amazing the crap that spews out.

But they just came out with the plastic model kit! I think I am going to have my little nephew carry it since he will be the ring bearer in my wedding next year. All the groomsmen will have different spydies.

I've got one of those. It's OK but I get lots of splinters in my steak. ;)

BTW, I just ordered my next Spydie. It hasn't been mentioned yet.
