I have finally drawn up a knife, a 13.5" dagger/sword, and commissioned someone to make it.
It will cost more than I can afford but less than I thought.
As a result, my wife hasn't left me, but she has let me know most men only get to do this once per marriage.
 
Gotta plain Calypso coming. Any day now. After that I beter cool it for a while. Gotta have a wish list for Christmas, don'cha know.

Should I ask for Santa for a Randall or one of Kevin's creations?? Needs serious contemplation. 'Course my birthday's 5 days after Christmas. Seems logical to me. Now how do I sell it to my better half???
