Don't do it bro. My wife's datejust came with a jubilee band and she couldn't stand it. Ended up finding an oyster band from China (very hi quality knock off) and now the watch feels more complete. Stay with the flip-lock oyster.

Seiko with too many MKII mods to list that I sent to Bob Thayer to have regulated.

Mido Multi Star Datoday, though it was re-hauled since that pic and now is shoeing black leather straps.

This is my favorite watch, a Rado Sintra XXL. It is made from ceramics and is virtualy impossible to scratch. Plus it looks nice. I wear this one most every day. My other watch is a Citizen Blue Angels Skyhawk Eco-Drive.

This beauty, had it now for 23 years worn it for work almost every day it's a bit battered and bruised but still my favourite!!!

thats exactly like my watch! good choice........

i didnt know they had made the GMT2 that long though, i got mine in '00 and i was under the impression they were a fairly new deal, maybe i was mistaken...?

i also like the old seiko divers, they are hard to beat for the $$.

have been thinking about a sinn acrylic or a marathon just to change up every now & again, but i dont know if i would wear it enough to make it worthwhile, i really like the GMT a lot.
