What's that one knife(s) you missed out on?

That's happened to me too. That whole reserve thing drives me up the wall. Just start the bidding at the minimum price wanted. Aaaarrgh.

EXACTLY! Jerks!

Bob Terzuola Fixed Blade - forget the name, but the Gryphon M-30A1 is based off it. While attending the Riddle of Steel in 1995 I passed a chance to buy one in great shape with a black Micarta handle.

I've got an M30A1, and can appreciate the design. I wonder if there are any pics of the Terzuola original somewhere?

The one that got away was a Mike Zscherny bone handled teardrop. It was listed on a purveyors site and I requested a few additional images of it. By the time I got the images and went to pull the trigger it was gone. I make it a habit now to buy from sellers that provide me with multiple views upfront.

Al Mar Gunstock folder

I've been looking for a reasonably priced one off and on for the past few years. THey've been a bit more than I'd like to spend.

there are only few UFO's sighting....that top of my list too
and CRK Umfaan
and....ok, stop here :(

:)

Atwood UFO (only one made as far as I know)
Spyderco ATR with titanium handles
Spyderco Salsa Titanium

Theres plenty I don't have that are still made I just can't afford them now as my business is of 40% from last year. However the ones listed above are no longer offered for sale, so I missed them. I would take out a second mortgage on my house if I could find that Atwood UFO, that was one bad baby.

Beck Tracker 1995- $600. A world to me then, opened my eyes to custom knives and is still a holy grail knife.
Crawford Perseco, damasteel blade. The day I got money for it after waiting for months it sold. Worst part was my CC company had increased my limit 2 weeks before without telling me so I had funds all along!
Most others I'll be able to get one day.

Microtech Vector!!

Why the hell did they stop making the Vector?!?!?!?!?

Good Question. I Have one. It's a Nice Microtech Stone wash. IF it was a Full Sized knife, 4 inch blade, and tip down, it would be my all time favorite folder.

Well, if you ever want to get rid of it, please let me know.......

7 years ago when Scott Cook was taking orders I got on his list for a potential "small" Lochsa... the Sm. never became a reality and I never got a list for a Large.

bummer.

The Kershaw BUMP. I loved the green one. Oh yeah, the blue one was cool, too. Coulda' had both at one point and passed. Yep, now I feel dumber than usual.
