That'd be cool if they were! I wonder if they'd have a red hue to them.
Those just look like angry little bastards. What's the variety?
They look like Carolina Reapers, but I'm no expert. Those just look like angry little bastards. What's the variety?
For whatever reason I pictured those shorter and grumpier. They look like Carolina Reapers, but I'm no expert.
What's everyone's favorite smoker? Might be considering one for myself as a bday gift...maybe

No after pics, but this ribeye was fantastic! Stopped for fuel yesterday and the gas station ended up having a full market inside, including some fantastic beef.

Yeah. I'm REALLY curious as to what kind of 'gas station' has that quality of meat?Good lord. Iāve never seen more marbled beef. Even the American wagyu at our local market isnāt that pretty. Nice job! Would have loved to see finished pics.

Dang. The only kind of meat I've seen in any of my local gas stations, are the ground rat burritos, and the mystery meat sausages that have probably been on the rollers for the past 2 yearsThey had it labeled as American wagyu, and I assume it was from local farms. I didnāt realize this gas station was a āgeneral storeā when I stopped, but the selection inside was amazing. I ended up getting several packages of meat and iced them down in the cooler for the trip home. A fortunate pit stop while driving home from a meeting out of town. PM me for a more detailed location.
I picked up this Wagyu Tri Tip for this weekend too. I am nervous about cooking it though. Lots of fat to render without flaring up the grill and burning it!
