I have a subscription to a weekly seafood package from a local seafood company. Today’s package - Kumamoto oysters, smoked bonito, and fresh local rock crab claws. The oysters and some of the bonito, this afternoon, and the claws for dinner. This package contains some of my favorites all at once. Mike
 
How about some grilling pics? Smokehouse Maple chops, Cubanella peppers, crab and cheddar stuffed Poblanos, asparagus and taters.
