Now I’ve made a LOT of prison nachos in my life but I’ve never and I mean NEVER put olives on them...










off to go try it.

Green olives too.

I got green olives for Christmas this year. Damn they're good.

Well. I'm not sure that "good" is the right word but... I like them.

They're pretty good soaked in gin too

did I wander into the traditionals forum?

anyway, I love our convection oven. I've been acting homemaker for a little while, and have rediscovered the enjoyment for cooking that's always been there, so I've been super grateful for that particular appliance.

Bigger guy, but not quite up to the username IMO 🙂

I do miss my younger days of being a 'bottomless pit' though. The days when I could order 2 appetizers, 3 entrees and a dessert, finish them all and start feeling hungry on the drive home. I could sample SO much more in one sitting 😂 (which was my favorite part of traveling).

man. I have a kickass green olive popper recipe.

get cream cheese
mix in cooked ground beef 1:1
stuff the BIG ASS olives
wrap in bacon
cook until the bacon is done to your liking

eat them and tell your family they dropped on the kitchen floor so you had to toss them all.
