What's that you're eating?

I roasted an entire pork shoulder, Cuban mojo style, with an equally large batch of yellow rice. But my wife and daughter suddenly decided they "don't like Cuban roast pork" so I've been finding inventive ways to eat it all week. So I fried some up like carnitas and made tacos with serranos, guac, and pico. What pairs best with Mojo Carnitas Tacos? Why, a nice, crisp, Dutch Heinie, of course!

Welp, I made a pot of chili using diced up shoulder and chuck roast. Simmered it for a couple of hours with lots of spices and Mexican oregano. Also made a batch of guacamole, some salsa fresca, and finely chopped some serranos to go with it. All very well and good, except that I got in a hurry and forgot to snap a Pic of the finished product, like a chump. So, this WIP Pic is all you get for now.

I'd say that I'm disappointed, but the chili turned out pretty good so I'm taking a win for myself.
