sgt1372 wow, being single almost looks fun.

I'm doing the same things (single) that I did before (w/a GF). Just doing it by myself now and I'm spending less.

PS: Don't really "get" the Chevy Chase vid. I only ordered 1. Now, if it were 6 beers, that would be different. LOL!

Stayed home all day because it was predicted to hit 106 degrees today. Went out briefly to check. It was HOT and per Accuweather it did hit 106!

So, instead of going out to buy some fried chicken, I decided to make some. Had a lot of frozen chicken thighs and drumsticks in the freezer. I used a new recipe, which you can find here: Batter Fried Chicken.

They came out pretty good -- crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Cheaper & cooler than going to KFC or Safeway to buy some too.

The bacon comes from the beluga whales when I harvest their eggs, I get a ton
