Whats the best benchmade edc...

I really like the size, shape, and features of the 707. I just wish it came with a better steel option. M4 would be great, even though 154cm is still good. Maybe I'm just being a snob :)

The 154cm seems to be holding a pretty good edge for me. I have been using the knife every day for about a month and it is still razor sharp. It has been pretty light use, but normal everyday stuff. I don't have much to compare it to, but the edge holds up much better than the steel in my Leek that I carried for about 5 years.

Don't know, but the WORST is the 775 MPR. Miserable tank of a knife with great blade-steel.

Threads like this with all the positive comments on different Benchmades makes me think I need a few more. Of the Bnechmades I have (mini grip, 940 & rift) I EDC the 940 the most unless its a heavy use day then I carry the Rift.

I guess i'm one of the few that regularly carry a full sized, stock grip. Oh well, its one of my favorite EDC knives so meh :grumpy:

Probably not what your looking for but my fav has always been the 800/800S. May not up to your specs but IMHO the AFCK's are one of the best BM has ever made. (they're around). All the above and the Grip are cool too. (don't get a Pika :barf:)
(got a Spydie Para 2 for Christmas......very nice )

My favorite Benchmade is the 707. I sold mine but am now thinking of getting another one. The blade shape, size, and weight are all great for EDC if you want sub 3" knife.
