What's the BEST Folder You Have...and YOUR FAVORITE?

Best: Large Classic Sebenza w/ Micarta handle slabs & dual thumb studs

Most Carried: plain edged Spyderco Native - - have several them and find them perfect for a number of jobs/circumstances. Has the features I like including great steel, blade length that I can carry throughout my state, versatile blade shape, lightweight, finger choil, and discrete black clip (why do so many companies use bright chrome colored clips?) Reasonably priced so I don't worry about using/abusing it.

My best is a large CR Sebenza 21 with "Freedom" graphic, which is the US flag :). My favorite right now is a Strider PT-CCX. My fav used to be the Spyderco LeafStorm (a very underrated knife IMHO).

67 folders and my favorite or most EDCd is my Delica 4 with a Tom Krein Full Flat Grind. It just fits my pocket, my hands and my EDC needs the best.

My best Overall folder is my Curly Friction Folder from Filip DeLeeuw... it's PERFECT!

Best would be my s90v Manix, the lock and blade are more than I'll probably ever need in most situations. Favorite is a tie between my ZDP Calypso and my mini Ritter Grip - love the light weight and ergonomics so I EDC them equally.

Three years since my last post in this thread, and my answer is the same:

Large Sebenza.

i have an emerson cqc-12 comrade in my pocket. All my other knives went into the knife box when i got this one a few months ago and havent come out since.

I just quoted myself from 12-18-2007, 11:51 AM.

thats madness. old thread is old.

Now I'm EDC'ing an Emerson super CQC-8. It should be noted that I still have the cqc-12, and its now in the box. :)

BEST: CRK Umnumzaan

FAVE: The Um. Although a close second would be my fully serrated Police w/ CF scales.

best is a benchmade H&K auto, edc benchmade Harley assisted opening and a Rat 1 folder,,

I really have fell in love with my Spyderco Tenacious. It is not a high end knife but has survived a crapload of use and is still going strong. It also fits my hand perfectly.

Best Knife - Small Classic Sebenza w/box elder burl Inlays.

Favorite knife - Buck/Mayo TNT. Just an outstanding folder for less than $200 dollars. Feels great in the hand - thin, lightweight, excellent slicer - silky smooth opening & closing - top shelf materials like titanium handles and S30V steel with Paul Bos heat treat. I love my Sebenza, and I would hate to have to choose between the two, but if I absolutely had to sell one or the other it would probably be the Sebenza.

My best folder would be a Spyderco Chinook II. When I saw it I knew I had to have it. Couldn't sleep for days. Now I owe the owner money but I have the knife. It sleeps with me.

Best one is probably the XM-18

Favorite is RJ Martin Q-36 followed by a custom zero ground Commander.

Best is CRKT M16-14T (picked it up on e-bay for 20 and change)

Favorite is Byrd Cara-Cara all stainless.

My best (right now)is a CRKT Hammond Cruiser, my favorite for everyday use is a CRKT Crawford Falcon that i got for $20...that knife is damn near bullet proof
