What's the Deal with Best Sharpening Stones?

Placed an order with them on Nov 23rd. Guaranteed 2-3 day delivery.
Well, its the 4th of Dec and 4 calls and 4 emails have resulted in no return calls or emails and no stones.

Is this standard operating procedure for this company?
Anyone have any experience with them?

Figure its time to call the CC company and go another route.

I imagine everyone is busy with the holiday season upon us. I typically let 2 weeks pass before I start looking to get my money back. I also prefer to use Paypal as an extra "safety net". So I can get my money back either from Paypal or my CC company.

It's the lack of all communication that gets me.
Answering service, leave messages, cell numbers, emails ... nothing.

Was trying to check if it really is in stock is all.
Oh well.

If I placed an order with the promise of 2-3 day shipping and did not receive it by business day 3, I would be contacting the company. If I got not satisfaction from them, I would contact my bank/CC company. Being busy with the holiday season is no excuse to fail to honor your obligations. A 2-3 delivery advertisement is a business obligation.

This does not matter. No one is that busy not to return someones call or email within 24 hours. If they are too busy, then they need to adjust their business plan.
