For some reason, I seem to find myself buying my INFI one at a time. That's pretty much how it goes with all my other blades, too. I figure it looks less expensive that way. I've bought, I think, three Busses during the last few months, though.

Blade '07 fell on my 50th birthday, so I celebrated in HOG style.....

Seven Busse and a Swamp Rat, and a few others. Other Hogs, though, stomped me at the trough.......

not trying to start anything but I would think that outside of collecting, you would only NEED one of each.

Some HOGs collect heaps because they want heaps.

Some might do it for the money.

Some may (I think this would be close to the truth) resell at a higher price because of two reasons, the first being that demand will get them the price they ask, and the second being that they need more to cover the interest the credit companies dump on them

To be perfectly honest, I don't "need" any knives. Aside from those in the military and possibly hunters - most of us are dealing with "wants" and not "needs".

When I see people adding the entire inventory to their basket the moment they appear on the site, I think 3 is beyond reasonable.

2 complete sets of the naked PBF's when they were discovered in the shop.

6 knives from 4-8", 1/4" INFI and the total was $950-$980 IIRC.

Great deal, just not my cuppa. More into drop points.
