What's the most expensive knife you carry daily?

Usually a Combat Troodon of some flavor most days. The cost doesn't really bother me. I do elect to carry something with less moving parts on days when I know I'm going to be getting in the dirt at work.

Shiro 111 Gen 5, but I am always a bit more careful when using it compared to most of my other knives.

Yeah! Darn those bonehead cops to heck! Always hassling us knife guys!

Anyway.

My most expensive knife is currently a Hinderer XM18, and I carry it quite frequently.
I keep a copy of the law in my wallet. This way there's no questions. That's the best remedy I can come up with or ever have came up with. I just keep respectful and there's usually no problems. I have had a few try to tell me that my knife was too big, he's showing me three fingers, but in the law there is no length law. So it's usually resolved right there and I go about my business.
.
But you guys have some beautiful knives

As one of those " bonehead police officers" I usually carry a Microtech UTX-85, a Spyderco Mariner, and a SAK

Not all police officers are boneheads I have a few friends who are police officers and they are very nice people at least to me. I had no disrespectful malice in that comment. I live by the law of the land. That's why I'm never in trouble.I fixed that remark btw.
Except for that bank I robbed in Nevada back in 1978

The most expensive knife I have is a CRK Small Sebenza and I carry it whenever I’m not in work mode. If I’m going to work or working around the yard I carry a CF-Elite Bugout or G10 Mini Osborne and If I’m remembering correctly they are similar in cost.

Full disclosure the Small Sebenza is new to my collection so this could be the honeymoon phase 😂.

Cheers, Mac
