What's the most you've spent on your knives?

I guess it was for my large Sebenza($325). Immediately followed by the small and Umfaan.
I got my black-T, plain-edge Socom D/A for $275 (sorry Spark).
However, I paid $285 for the first Cheyenne, and $250 for the second.
When I see these knives, I don't see the money spent. I just see a very fine knife that was worth it to me.

Grand on a damascus nemisis
$ 750 to 850 on about 5 various knives including Emerson CQC6,damascus d/a socom and ludt, handground d/a tanto socom, satin nemsis and way to many at $ 500 and below

The Outsider ran $400, plus $40 for sheathwork. Plus a bit of mailing of plexiglass prototypes back and forth to Harald Moeller in BC, Canada. The fact that Harald has set a replacement value of $475 for another is GOOD, for me: it means any cop who wants to "grab it for his collection" regardless of law is facing a felony bust, grand theft due to the item being worth over $500.

$450 for a Crawford mini-Kasper with a stainless steel ladder pattern damascus blade. It's a great knife, I just haven't figured out when I will carry it. I carry my full size KFF for self-defense and use a SwissTool for low key utility work. I suppose I could carry it when I want to show it off.
