What's up with nicnac.net (Horizon Outdoors)

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have e-mailed 2 times asking for an update and received no response. I also sent them an e-mail with a product question a couple months ago and never received a response.

Nick and Joyce have been incredibly quick and courteous with e-mail replies in the past and I've ordered once before and the item shipped the next day with tracking number. They also seemed to have a good reputation on the forum, so I'm wondering...
 
Always had good dealings with them, although none this year, why not just call them, I usually did anyway, just to make sure something was available.

They do say on their website that e-mail is better than calling, but I will do as you suggest.

In the past, they've replied to e-mails within hours.
 
No response by e-mail.

No answer on the phone, but I haven't been able to call during the relatively small Noon to 5pm window on the website.
 
I thought there must be an explanation, I have bought a knife from Joyce at Horizon once and I was very satisfied.
 
Nick, could you pleast contact me through my bladeforums e-mail. I've e-mailed you on the other addresses you listed and still no response.
