Whats your favorite assisted opening knife?

Any of the Kershaw SpeedSafe models. The ones that get the most pocket time are (in order) the Mini Cyclone TI/ZDP, ZDP CB Shallot, SG2 Blur and the Boa.

Kershaw Ti Bumps
Camillus Dominator
Kershaw Leek
 
I would say most of the Kershaws are beautiful, the bump is awesome but by far the fastest of the kershaw blades are the blur.
 
Kershaw Blur. I have a red one that is my daily carry and a black one with the S30V blade on its way to me now.
 
Most of the Kershaw AO I like. Hard to pick a favorite. I would pry prefer the Scallion or the Random Leek, though.
 
I've gotta say that any variant of the Kershaw Shallot is way up on my list. I just love this knife, and I don't even own one (although I do handle them often). For the size of the blade, it fits the pocket well, and the kick from the Speedsafe mechanism is substantial to say the least.

Camillus Cuda Dominator (this one will last forever)
