What's your favorite frame-lock folder?

Kershaw Groove, well at least that’s what I’m gonna pick from the knives a actually own.

It really depends on the price range. Overall, I'd have to go with the XM-18. But it's not fair to compare it to say a Leek, which is a great framelock for it's price point.

my fav frame lock i own is my darrel ralph mad maxx 5'5"stilletto or my mini maxx 4" both are great knives, my fav frame lock of all is the hinderer '18 & i will own one of those soon i hope.

Another vote for the Sebenza.

One that has yet to be produced: Spyderco Military with steel liners and frame lock. I would buy at least three of them if they were for sale.

In the meanwhile: Large Sebenza and Bradley Alias I.

I think it is neat that there are a lot of folks that love Sebbies here.

It's a toss up between tmy PT and SnG...believe it or not my Sebe is #3. I'll give smoothness to my Sebe, but when it comes to ergo's my Striders win!

The Large Regular Sebenza, here is my first from 1998.

My favorite is one not yet mentioned, and I am a bit surprised, and is the Kershaw Tyrade.

Hi Allen,

Chris Reeve created and popularized the lock you are referring to. I purchased one of his "Lock 45", the "First Frame-Lock" 30 years ago.

At Spyderco, we've been refering to the "Frame-Lock" as a "RIL" or Reeve (style) Integral Lock. We feel that we could at least give the man credit for his creation.

Just a thought to share.

 Very nice!

Kershaw Tyrade is a great titanium framelock for the price. For me it is a keeper.

Keep thinking of a Bradley Alias I
