What's your favorite handle material

I'm not too picky when it comes to handles....

Synthetic-non polished canvas micarta or G-10

Natural-stag, ebony, snake wood or ivory

Metal- Ti

I don't care for polished micarta and the carbon fiber Spyderco uses on the Sage.
