What's your favorite knife?

Right now? This guy:

But that could change in a day/week/month/year/never.

Regards,
Adam

PS - This was last week's favorite:

The one in my pocket. (Which will change tomorrow but will also be my favorite knife. Lather, rinse, repeat.)

Very hard to say. there are so many knives for so many purposes. If I had to choose just one fixed blade and one folder, It Would be my Blackjack model 1-7 for the fixed blade. Its just so nice, and functional too. For the folder, I could probably Just choose any one of the top tier in my collection and get by for the rest of my life, but I would probably pick one of my Emersons.

Folders are just too varied to be able to pick just one.

My DDR custom AA-AXD.

What's your favorite knife?(folding or fixed)

Hello Cigarhiker!
Yeah, it changes eh... So many knives, so heavy in the pockets!
But my Favorite is my Spivey Sabertooth, fixed blade...
For a folder...i always come back to my Boker Jim Wagner Reality blade Tanto. I don't use it for anything other than jic.
The other pocket always has a CRKT M21-14SFG. I'm sure many of you guys do your own tests.. Of the many knife tests me and buddy did showed really how effective the Veff serrations are. I like dual guards. Too many "stubbing" incidents seen & experienced.

It varies from day to day, depending on what I might be doing. But, as far as folders go, the choice would be one of my Spydercos.

Right now-
1. CRK Inkosi
2. CRK Large 21 UG and raindrop damascus
3. SMF

I fully expect this list to change within the next hour or two. I start playing with my knives before I go to bed and decide what I am going to carry the next day.

Hello, I've been blessed with the capability to spend money on knives beyond the practical need. I currently have handmade knives by Murray Carter, Harvey Dean, and Burt Foster. I EDC a handmade Tony Bose "Saddleback" slip-joint. They are fantastic knives and I'm amazed at the skill and talents of knife makers. However, I have a Roselli "Carpenter" fixed-blade and it is easily the most practical knife I own and I could easily be perfectly fine with it if I could only have one knife. I don't know if that makes it my favorite knife, but I'm a big fan of Roselli knives. Regards, Adam

Currently, it is this:

I own over a hundred knives, but my favorite is the Ontario Rat 1 that I have carried more than any of the rest. Crazy, I know, but true. It's not the BEST knife I own, but it's my favorite. And the really strange part is: when I first got it, I didn't like it, just based on looks. Now it is beautiful to me.

Probably my "beater" (according to the seller) Caly 3.5 SB I found on the Exchange for $50. There's nothing wrong with it...just a gorgeous patina and slightly discolored G10 scales. I love the weathered/distressed look! I took it out of the box, stropped it and have been splitting hairs ever since. :D
