What movie was the kenpo knife in?

N2s
It was in the movies " Perfect Weapon and The Expert" with Jeff Speakman who is a ranked blackbelt in the Parker American Kenpo system.. He now runs his interpetition of Kenpo called Kenpo 5.0 which added the ground work from jujitsu and other grappling arts in it.. He is based in Vegas last time I heard

Late.80's early 90's. 🤔 I think......I remember him....👍

In The Untouchables, Sean Connery appears to eat a salami using a Buck 110 while staking out a bridge on the Canadian border. But this is impossible: the film takes place in 1930-31 while the first 110 wasn't born until 1964.

Maybe it was some other large, folding hunter and not a 110. There's been worse slip-ups, like the mounties that started the attack too soon.

I remember him using a Gerber BMF or LMF in The Expert to eviscerate some poor dude lightning quick. I know it's mostly movie magic, but no denying the guy was fast as hell. Kinda surprised he wasn't bigger back in the day. Apparently he was supposed to be in Speed but somehow it ended up with Keanu.

List is not complete though, not by a long shot. Don't think anyone mentioned these yet?

The Alley Oop knife from A Bronx Tale

Jack Sparrow’s cutlass from Pirates of the Caribbean
The Ice Pick used by Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men
The Kukri used by the Gurkha in The Rising: Fear Is Not an Option
The Spring-Loaded Bowie from The Hateful Eight
The Tanto used by The Bride in Kill Bill Vol. 1
The Knife in The Ladykillers (1955)
Valkyrie dagger from Blade Runner
The Ratchet Knife used by Lightfoot in The Warriors
The Knife used by Patrick Bateman in American Psycho
The Machete in Django Unchained
The Knife used by Alex in A Clockwork Orange
The Dragon Tooth sword/knife in Pan's Labyrinth
The Dagger of Time from Prince of Persia

Let's not forget the wild scene from Ip Man 2 at the fish market where Donnie Yen beats up the hoodlums using only the spine side of cleavers

Guess now you're gonna have to watch the movie.

And if video games count, I would like to submit the Mehrunes Dagger.

In the movie Terminal Velocity there is a knife that is prominent in the film that one of the "bad guys" had and was recovered by Charlie Sheen's character. I watched it as a kid and have tried to find images of the knife as an adult to see what it was, but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or what knife that was haha?

Do lightsabers count? Lots to choose from.

And if they do, then the blades in Pacific Rim uprising should count too.

Sting is not the only iconic blade from Tolkien. Glamdring, Foehammer both deserve accolades with Sting.

As I described in the beginning, I am trying to limit the selection to identified knives; if you know the make and model of the dagger from Prince of Persia - I’ll be happy to add it to the list.

One and two. Three was not quite as great. Four was just why?

Yeah Part 2s etc (and remakes) tend to go downhill. It was the same with Alien (Ridley Scott). The first was the best imo sci-fi ever made. Pt 2 was "okay". After that it was spoiled and got silly - unwatchable. I didn't like Prometheus at all either.
