Tom beringer sniper. No smatchet!….I guess the film would end too quickly if one were included.

When I was a teenager, I used to bookmark pages in the catalog this one large knife store me used to give out, all these "space design" Gil Hibbon knives. I never did end up with any of them, though. Ah well. The most famous one to me was the knife the bad guy had from Star Trek: Nemesis.Y'all need to branch out with your science fiction. Here's one from pretty much every third or fourth space or time travel movie:
Plenty more where that came from.
If they ever did a "The Hunted 2". It would have to pit Tom Browns tracker and Arnis vs Rex applegates system and a smatchet.Tom beringer sniper.

I out to find a copy of Sniper. I haven’t seen that one in over 20 years.

Kit Rae did a lot of work with Hibben's brand on the paper side. Both the Double Shadow and Buffy's Jackal knife (which is the same knife from ST: Nemesis) were his designs. Gil's film contributions are legendary.Gil Hibben did a LOT of movie and TV work.![]()
He was the official armorer of the Klingon Empire too. He did all the blades for the Star Trek movies.

Yup, Rae was more on the artistic side of the brand. He did designs for both Paramount and United Cutlery with Hibben.Kit Rae did a lot of work with Hibben's brand on the paper side. Ditto? You provincial putz!
Earlier in the movie they were throwing knives into targets. One of the soldiers complains " Who needs a knife in a nuke fight" He then get a knife thrown into his hand. You might want to check out that scene to see if there is a better view of the knife. The Starship Troopers specimen still eludes me, too. I'm convinced I saw that pattern prior to the movie, minus serrations, either sold as a throwing knife in a catalog or most likely as one of the prizes from the ring toss at the county fair. Either way, it was probably a junk import, or based on one.
My favorite plausible screen time knife is Owen Grady's (Chris Pratt) custom from Jurassic World. Makes short work of brake lines, survives tooth-splinter extraction prying, and makes a feathery dinobird think twice on ice. If that one and Thanos' double-ended OTF ever see production, I'm in.
Have to give it up for the Bride's boot knife of choice, though, as my favorite production knife turned prop: Buck 112. Maybe it wouldn't be my first choice if I was buried alive, but I wouldn't turn it down.
