What's your favorite RAT knife?

For me "favorite" means: if you only had one, which one would it be?

RC6 for me. I think it is the best all around blade. I'm not downplaying the others, they are all excellent blades and each can perform a variety of tasks, but there is a reason the 6 was their first design.

Even though I don't own it and the RAT-1 is great but I think the RC-5 is the best. The reason is the sheath. The sheath has all kinds of add ons. I think the best part is the pocket because it is a survival knife. The pocket allows you to store a ferrocium rod and wire saw with the knife.

RC-4 as well, fits great in the hand and agree that it's the perfect size for everything.

This is the most unfair question ever.

...ok RC-3

No prob son of Jack! Yeah they're all such awesome knives. I'm glad I held out this long before buying more fixed blades. I'm still hoping to hear some news updates on the Izula scales though. I'd really like to order some.

you and me both brother. I've got a lot of good quality folders and only had like 3 good FB knives, until recently. the lat few knives I've bought have been RATS and Beckers. After I get my 6 and 3.. I'll be satisfied. (that is until RAT and BK comes out with something new I must have)

As of now the Izula, but after saturday it may be the RC4.
Going to a gun / knife show...this time I'll have some spending money:cool:

I've got the RC-4,5, and 6 and love them all. For food prep and slicing, the 4 and 6. Heavy duty finds the 5 on my belt.

I have three Model-1's - one is a first production run! I think they are great, and can't wait to see the second generation of them.

RC 5, but only because I like thick blades a lot. I think the chopper will be my favorite, though.

what he said  The RC4 would probably have been my favorite if the handles were a tad bigger, I love that blade size but it didn't quite feel right in my hand.

I only have the RC-3, but an Izula's on the way. I'll have to get another and then post back here! :D

I've always liked large folding knives for their versatility, but despised most of the locks on them. When I came across the rc4 it was exactly what I was looking for to handle most tasks. Just the right size, tough and not bad looking to boot.
