whats YOUR favorite spyderco and why?

Spyderco Stretch:

IMO one of the most underrated and useful knives Spyderco makes!

I have a hard time deciding between these two:

I'd probably go with the Military; although, I wish they would add the larger screws and reversible clip from the Paramilitary 2 (I carry the Para 2 more for this reason).

To be honest, the Manix2 is the only one I cherish: I find its design/price/efficiency mix perfect. Usually, I find Spiderco knives... unbeautiful - so they look to expensive to me.

Love this one too. Was gonna buy one, before I heard about the Para-Military2 and decided to go with that one instead. Stretch is a real bewt though.

The Paramilitary w/ D2 blade. Great EDC. If going out in dress slacks I drop down in size a bit to the Caly3 or the Persian.

I have been into Spyderco knives for about 15 years now. I have a lot of older
models, including all the Wegner series, Ti Lum, Ti ATR,and a Starmate.
My favorite was always the Large Tim Wegner. Second was the original Persian.

Recently I have been very impressed by the Gayle Bradley. BUT,to me my favorite
Spyderco is the Carbon Fiber Stretch. It does everything right to me,very comfy
in the hand,nice and slender,oh and zdp-189.

My favorite is the Jess Horn (top of picture) because I seem to carry it the most. The only ones I don't carry in this picture are the kerambit and the Spydercard.

I have a hard time deciding between my stretch 2 ZDP-189, my Para 2 CTS-20CP and my lefty Millie. I love em all!

Actually I am a fan of most all of the Spyderco line. My personal favorites at the moment are Gayle Bradley and Sage 2. To me they are about as good a build as any custom out there for a lot less $$. The are rugged, fit and finish is top notch and damn good looking as well. I am sure there are others that meet or exceed my criteria but for now I dont have those in my hands. John

Harpy or Merlin.
I love all of spyderco's hawkbill bladed knives.
Only because nobody else offers these at spyderco's price-point.

native 5; only one that has survived a cleansing of sorts...

ukpk is coming in a close second, enjoy its simplicity and the design thoughts behind it.

Currently, it's the Junior. It's a smallish/mid-sized knife until you open it. Then, it instantly becomes a knife with more cutting edge than larger knives like the Para and Manix2.

i have went back and forth threw endura, delica, stretch, pacific salt, gayle bradley and sage 2. at the moment its the sage 2.

So difficult to select my fave one.
Probably the Moran fixed blade.
For the folders, the original big Manix, or the liner-locking Military (which I prefer over the heavier frame lock variants), or the Stretch 2, or the luxury Endura with foliage G10 handles, or the Caly 3.
For the ethnic inspired ones, without a doubt the Chokwe.
