What's your favorite 'survival' sauce?

Secret Aardvarks....I believe it's only available in the PNW. I love hotsauce and will pick up new bottles when traveling, so I have quite a collection and have tried many. A lot of good ones were mentioned, but to me, Secret Aardvarks is the perfect combination of heat and flavor.

That Sriracha is good stuff. A couple of years ago, a fella that has a river camp close to ours introduced me to it. He called it "Rooster Sauce." He had fried up some very fresh alligator kabobs and used this as a dipping sauce for the chunks of gator meat, it was delicious. I looked around the local grocery stores, finally found that the nearby Vietnamese grocer carried it.
