interesting that no one's mentioned antelope; backstrap steaks are mighty tasty.
 
White-tail deer, wild turkey (not the booze), wild boar, and buffalo when I'm out West in a restaurant.

Game fowl are hard to beat, in my experience.

I made a pretty awesome batch of garlic bread with feral hog lard last month. Grill French bread in the fat, with a clove of garlic, like it's a grilled cheese. Add a bit of black truffle oil before you serve it. Kids love it -- provided you don't tell them what's in it.
 
Im a big fish eater so, bluegill, croppie, bass, channel cat, salmon, bullfrog, turtle,
birds, quail, dove, turkey, snipe, duck.
very youg deer are my favorite, squirrel, rabbit, youg groundhogs, kangaroo, monkey, wild pigs.
