*** What's Your Grail? GAW *** Winner Announced

Thanks for your very considerate "passing" of your entry to me, Dennis!;) But to keep "karmic balance", I'm going to ask that if my number comes up, the subscription goes to Dennis. (That will also give Darren a chance to use his superb problem solving skills to resolve the paradox that arises if Dennis wins and passes the prize to me, who passes it back to Dennis, who passes it back to me, ...)

I think you misspelled "comedic balance "! :D
I feel there should be a flux capacitor involved here some how!:thumbsup:

Not long ago I was made aware of a super cool modification that just blew my mind. It gave me a ton of inspiration to try and create something like this some day with a GEC. I actually got to play with these in person a few days ago. Maybe not a grail for me, per se, but pretty dang close and definitely on my list of things to accomplish

That's interesting.
You may be aware of Jimmy Diresta on YouTube.
He did a similar mod on a Buck 110, but he said it didn't last. Some good tips though

Well I’ve been after this Eureka for about a year now with no luck. I’m still not giving up! I’m going to get my hands on one of these Snakewood Eureka’s eventually.

I don't think I've ever seen one of those in Snakewood before...very nice! Only 25 made
Ohhh yeah it’s going to be a hard one to come by. I’ve only seen one of these ever pop up. That’s why it’s a grail though because it’s going to be a tough one to get my hands on! The search and journey to get the knife is what makes it so much fun though. I feel that if it was a knife that you could easily go and buy at one of several dealers I’d have lost interest or no interest at all. The rarity keeps the hunt fun. Not to mention the quality of the 2013 Eurekas was top notch.

I want to thank everyone for participating in the GAW  I think entries have tapered off so I am going to draw a winner.

...and that winner is...
