What's your "Grail"?

Sorry about the edge... Busse would have fixed that right up for you.
 
It's not a big deal at all... I love sharpening my knives. Kind of a bonding experience when I get a new one. ;)

I didn't take out the bad spot yet because it's pretty small and not too bad. No sense removing metal over it. I'll just leave it until the inevitable ding that has to be taken out comes up, then two birds with one stone.
 
My grail doesn't exist - a 4 inch, anorexic, straight handled Busse knife with a moderate drop point and no choil.
 
What I can't have of course.;)

A Mr. MoFo with an EU handle is becoming dang appealing though.:thumbup:

Other "concepts" are ....

A 12 inch BWBM...fully convexed in BBDC and a Res C grip...would settle for normal grips though just the same...

A KZ thinned like mine on the blade but with a hidden tang by the shop as per the Basic's....lightened as a result....and a Res C proper khukri handle...or a black ebony handle as per a traditional khukri....

A Basic 5 with the Res C handle the length of that on the Basic 9....

One which is more realistic is an Orange S5LE ... I want one for Canoeing and Diving...hopefully these will be offered...

Another I would love is a RMD done in Infi....but this has been asked for by many....superb balance on that knife....especially given it has not got a tapered tang...best balance and design of all Bussekin knives IMO...

I've had and/or have all my Grails so far (except those listed above).
The CGFBM (Thanks to INFI Pimp) will be worn down to a toothpick before it is ever disowned.

I "think" my grail would be a SHSH Clip Point Variant, that I already have, sent to the shop for that DC/Satin Camo pattern (or however they do it). Also, switch to Micarta.
