Tactical fixed and folders primarily. . . And a great weakness for auto's (side-openers) !

Do have a few of those "purrty" folders and fixed blades in the gathering also! :D
 
My passion is custom carbon-steel and damascus forged fixed-blade hunter/utility knives (3 to 5 inch blade length) from ABS members with natural handle materials (no micarta). I have a couple of modern custom intrepretations of classic 'gents' folders with 420V blades, and pearl and stag scales that are my daily carry folders.

Small forged fixed blades are the best value in knife collecting. They are also very practical as users. Folders are considerably more expensive to collect, and I just don't seem to have any interest in collecting ultrafancy gents folders. Yet.
