What's your yearly Knife addiction budget??

I don't pay much attention to it. I have a sort of slush fund. I have no debt, no children (except my 100# dog), and I bartend. So, whatever I make in tips basically gets split in half...savings and slush fund. Then if something piques my interest enough and the kitty permits, I buy it.
