my grandpa heard i was lookin for a hatchet, so he snagged an old roofing hammer-hatchet and re-profiled it and cleaned it up. he usually doesn't get his knives very sharp so i didn't think anything of tossing it around and playin with it.

until it didn't land handle first in my hand lol

nice sized gash. i'll post pics in the coming weeks when i get around to doing a little more work on it i'll have myself a nice little hammer-hawk by the end of the summer!
