Where can you buy Rockstead knives?

I will be ordering one from cuttingedgesknives.com.au. Its an Australian company.So I guess its nearer to me here. They have I think a fixed overseas shipping fee.
 
I heard that mostly they are available at knife shows. Might want to check out their show schedule. They also appear on the exchange from time to time, but are seriously pricey.
 
Armes Bastille, in Paris, has 'em & ships internationally - I ordered a Beetle earlier this year with no problems shipping to USA
