Where do you get your knifes

I buy mine from a variety of sources. I don't do much on the bay anymore due to the increased Counterfeit products and its getting harder to detect fakes. I usually go through authorized dealers. A few that are supporting dealers here and a few that are not. It depends who has what I need in stock and pricing. I also have purchased alot from our exchange here over the years.

Got to be concerned with counterfeit on Amazon as well.

Yes, forgot to mention I don't mess around with Amazon. Plus they are not well versed in that issue. So you have to worry about switch a roo with returns that get resold

Where do I buy my knives? I like to buy my knives in person as much as possible and as a result have purchased quite a few factory made knives at SMKW. I enjoy their store in Sevierville TN. Now with Knives Ship Free opening their store and general operation in Chattanooga TN, I suspect they will get the lion's share of my knife expenditures as they carry the kinds of knives I'm more interested in these days. Occasionally I will pick something up at Sportsman Warehouse or Bass Pro for a few things they might carry..... I do pick things up at shows however including Blade and a couple smaller regional shows. Again, I like to buy in-person and handle the knife before I purchase.

Online orders > where? Online orders from KSF, DLT, Knifeworks, or New Graham. Have gotten a few things from AG Russell over the years. I have bought a few GEC's from several dealers on line as well. I am not so hard to please with handmade knives that I have to have one made custom for me.

Customs I usually buy direct from makers. I shop around at a few sites that carry customs but it'd be extremely rare for me to buy one - why pay the markup if you can avoid it?

Production knives I'll buy from GP Knives, Blade HQ, and DLT Trading, in that order.

Of the names specifically mentioned one I have yet to see mentioned that I use is CollectorKnives mostly for the modern traditionals that he has been doing but still great place and great CS.
