Where do you keep your knives?

Thanks for the suggestion, I bought a small Sears Harley-Davidson-stickered portable tool box today (3 drawers plus the top section under the lid) and it worked well to get about 20 of them off the top of a dresser where they were dust magnets.

Never thought of that before, what was I (not) thinking!

I also keep mine in a tool box. Husky brand with liners in them. Works well and can be locked. Found thise to be the best after trying a bunch of other things.

I wish I could find one of those arcade "claw" machines that looked like that, I'd blow a paycheck pumping quarters in it!

Well played sir, well played! I was just gonna say "wow, that's a lot o holes! Lots of spydies"! Your post made me laugh and say "hell yeah man, me too"!

Scattered around between the living room workbench with the Tormek, my computer desk and my nightstand knife drawer. The intention is that they all go in the knife drawer when not in use, so I know where they are, but that's not how it always works.

I have a desk cleared next to my bedside where I lay out my knives and other EDC paraphernalia. When I wake up I chose a knife from the sort (Usually the BM 2750) and my other EDC equipment. Nothing fancy but it works well, especially having the spyderco sharpmaker next to my knives to remind me.

I have a couple knives of my grandfathers that I keep in my gunsafe and a handmade knife that was a high schoool graduation gift. Everything else is in a pack, on a plate carrier or stashed somewhere for use. I don't have near the collection that some do though, I'm more of a user than a collector. The Sears tool box seems like a good way to organize a bigger collection though
