where is ESEE forum?

I have not been here in a while and everything looks different and I noticed that there is no longer an ESEE forum :mad: can someone please fill me in. thanks

not really...I tried it and got no results having anything to do with why ESEE left.

To answer the OP, some things happened with a moderator removing threads from the ESEE forum and putting them in other places (for instance a thread where I asked about Tremonta machettes, knowing Mike and Jeff we fans.).

The ESEE forums were much like the Busse forums where there was a community of people and the discussions were not always directly related to knives. The moderator in question had a habit of constantly removing threads, was asked not to, and kept doing it.

There was a closed door meeting between Jeff, Mike and Spark and ESEE decided to take the forum elsewhere.

Mistake IMO because ESEE had a large following, much that I don't see posting here anymore.
 
thanks Merlinus, the ESEE forum was one of the liveliest and best place to hang out on BF for posting and actual learning...
 
also if you look here you can see the archived ESEE forum, i tried to bring up an ESEE picture thread the other day but it disappeared into the depths of BF

I miss the ESEE forum :( I learned so much from it. Mike and jeff need to talk to spark and bring it back. Just make it like the HI forum. I'm sure business has dropped off for them since leaving.
 
This subject has been discussed, hashed and rehashed in numerous threads at this point. No need for another.
