My wife and I have both been in bed the last 3 days with the flu. Spending 3 days in bed with your wife is not always as fun as it sounds when you are both coughing and hacking...

I used to be a fan of Dell, but switched about 5 years ago to HP for both laptops and desktops and have been happy.

When are the various spring gatherings coming up?
I'm interested in Trailbum's or Ethan's but I haven't seen very much indicating when those will be.

Of course, as Im on tapatalk at the moment I'm not sure if there are threads already created yet.
 
2 Nalgene 48 ouncers babay. Next to my 38oz Guyot for size reference. Most times, when the wife and I do day hikes, we take the 38oz Guyot, and an extra canteen of water. More for cooking and clean up, than for drinking. 2 of these should suffice, and I can carry them in either my Kelty MAP 3500 water bottle pockets, or my Tarahumara.

I talked to trailbum about a week ago - he couldn't get the place we've had for the last couple years, but I think he found a different place. Probably be the beginning of May - I'll PM you and let you know....or you could message trailbum and ask to be kept in the loop. We had a blast last year, and the weather was ridiculously cooperative for that time of year. It'd be great if you could make it.

Speaking of that, I got my Army plate last week, i like it much more than the standard FL plate.

They are visible to anyone within eyeshot, not everyone on planet Earth. Post it here, and it's for Earth to see.
Some people will take unique identifiers like plate numbers and mess with you, like reporting a car being stolen.
DO NOT TRUST ALL OF THE HUMANS AT ONCE!

Makes sense I guess. That's one reason that wasn't mentioned and a good one really..

I remember reading something about it being illegal to give out personal info from license plate numbers... But I guess you could still phone in the plate number and say they were doing something illegal... I guess assholes will always find a way to screw with people.

On the truck forum half the people block it out, half don't... The people that do, said its so others online can't track them and steal their truck.... Then someone linked a law and case number iirc showing it's illegal for companies to give personal info from plates... I think some woman was harassed at home after going to an abortion clinic or something...

Anyways... I'd be more worried about people that can see the plate in person stealing the truck honestly. But the reason you point out makes me a little less likely to post my plates online.... Again. Lmao
 
So the Boss and I are headed over to check out my dads shop, Vic is stopping by its going to be a fun day! Later more fire but I don't know if there will be pics so it maybe isn't happening.
