The boss gave son #3 a BK14 then patiently taught him how to make a notch. Truly one of the most gracious humble and interesting men alive

Look Guyon, he even got the shadow angle right. Damn...

Rofl those are some awesome pictures.

I hypothetically took my oldest son to the range last night. I didn't bring my phone or camera but we had an awesome time  Took my Remington 597 and his Savage Jr Rascal. He out-shot this couple who was there for their first time ;) Impressed quite a few people, it was great!

Fun stuff, TBL! Had to have made you a proud Pop.... You know..... hypothetically.
Dad and I took his G19 out to rung some steel yesterday while I was down at their property. That was a slick little pistol with a 3.5 lb connector.

Shop tour, Boss, Dad, friend stopping by, fire. Just add blades and then some booze, put all those ingredients in a hopper and mix and match and you've got the makings of more than a great day. Outstanding.

I get to accompany my lovely wife on a shopping excursion today. Trade ya.

(Edited to add, not the wife, I'll trade ya the day. ;) )

coincidentally enough, there is theoretically a small family winery with even smaller brewery attached halfway between Psyop & the Colonel -- which hypothetically might have made a wonderful place to stop for a snack and a pint of stout in the middle of the afternoon.... or maybe it was all a dream.

This guy on the SS forum made this slingshot, putting a beetle in the resin. I thought it was pretty cool. Unique idea:

Jorge Sprave on the slingshot channel made a slingshot by growing a beard and then shaving it off and putting it in a mold and pouring in resin. Even made some ammo that way too.

Wow, that is amazing work.

And speaking of work, just spent the day proofing text, updating InDesign files and selling ads. I think I deserve a few beers.

For those that might care, here is the first volume of the book we're working on.
