Where's the Copperlock love?

While off the general topic, I agree that the Case Red Bone CV family is hit and miss on the dye quality. I have several from that family. Two are beautifully done, the other two less so. I don't mind dyeing the red bone SS knives if they need it, but the process always causes pitting in CV blades when I have tried it, so unless I can handle or see pics of the individual knife prior to purchase, I tend to skip the Case "Dark Red" Bone CV.

I wish it weren't so. I'd really like one that wasn't "pink bone". :(

Looks great BlueMetalChurch! If you are training to be (or already are) a psychiatrist, can you help me with my knife problem? ;)

I think this is my favoritE current production model. I wish I would have held out for cv. I still like mine, but it would be extra awesome in cv

Speaking of wishes... I really wish they'd make more of the full-size Copperlocks, and with CV steel it would be a real winner.

I ended up trading both of my copperlocks. I placed an order this morning for a bluebone version though.

I like this 2014 Mini Copperlock. Caramel Bone SS "as ground". Hides prints and minor marks really well.
F/F is really good on this one. Blade centered. I've even grown to love the uniqueness of color variations in the dye.
Only (minor) knock I have is that I have to conciously find the boneyest part of my thumb to release the blade lock ... it's stiff
I'm sure it will loosen a bit in time and if not, I'm okay with that too.
This Mini Copperlock finds my pocket a lot more often than knives I was previously fond of carrying.
I WILL have one in CV LoL
