It's not mine but it looks to be a 745 Mini Dejavoo. Not sure if it is Mini or full size though. They are a cool knife and another Bob Lum design
 
I was fortunate enough to pick this up from another member. It just arrived a couple days ago, and immediately went in pocket, giving the Cabela's Mini I have been carrying for awhile, a much needed break :D
