Out of anyone who said the NMSHBM, we're you at Blade? I'm just curious as to how the handle felt and what the weight/balance is like compared to an NMFBM.
Dan advised against throwing the boot daggers, I don't think they are balanced for it, and I'm assuming they will be high hardness, anyways
To me, the nmshbmlb slabs where a bit to thick, but still felt very fast ( I prefer slimmer handles usually) regardless, I'm very excited for this one to come out
The SHBM is the most awesome one IMO.
That's exactly what I thought when I first saw it -- a B-11 with straight handles. I wish I could've handled it. I am very picky when it comes to Micarta/G-10 on choppers and love my B-11, so the SHBM is in my maybe pile until I handle it. That or until I stop trying to be a responsible adult.Think Basic 11 with magnum straight handles. It is definitely my new favorite for feel. For my big mitts, Jerry absolutely nailed it for size weight and feel. Best in hand feel of any knife at the show for me. The katana was second.

Pork Shank!!! Anyone know if it will be available in Combat grade?
it feels lighter and more handle-heavy in my short time with the knife. not really the most helpful but I triedthey didn't let me chop anything at the show
