Gruyere is one of the best cheeses for grilled sandwiches. It melts so well!

What I have read is correct ... I like the look of the EDC knives but I just like the DEK series of knives just a little bit more nothing wrong with either tho ! ...but I can't wait for 10 or 12 inch chopper from Nathan and Jo and the whole cpk crew !...
