Which knife industry person/people would you like to have a beer with?

I'd definitely want to have a drink with:

- Medford Let's face it, this guy is hilarious.
- Eugene I remain a tremendous fan of this company, and the hard work Eugene and his Dad have put in to make it happen.
- Doug Marcaida I don't care, I said what I said.
- Rick Hinderer His first round would be on me, better believe it.
- Bill from GEC
- David Anderson from KC, because he seems like a tremendous human being for sure.

I left Sal Glesser off because let's face it, everyone would love to hang out with the guy, but I've met and gotten to speak with both Sal and Eric multiple times. Fantastic human beings.
Doug Marcaida is easily the nicest, most sincere person I have ever met, bar none.

I don't have any significant desire to spend time in meat space with anyone in the knife industry. Given that, I'd like to meet Ethan Becker some day to say thank you. I had an issue with an early Ka-Bar-produced BK-11 and he went out of his way to get it tested by the Ka-Bar engineers as well as get me a new knife to replace it. I recall that he reached out to me when I posted a message about it on here quite a few years ago. That was unexpected at the time and much appreciated.
