Which model for CF run?

Starmate. This knife should never have been discontinued in the first place, but resurrecting it for a sprint run in CF and S30V would result in something pretty close to perfection. If I were to ever lose my G-10 version I don't know what I would do.

Yessir, a CF Native would do nicely with the primo steel.
 
WOW! A carbon fiber Starmate...:D that would be cool.
But seriously, in order of lineage and/or market popularity, I really think the Endura should be considered next.

The models most attractive to me for CF runs are those not available in G-10...that way, you go from FRN straight to the "Good stuff" (I know, there's nothing wrong w/FRN).
 
I'm with Dogrunner on this one. I'd love to see the starmate returned with carbon fiber and a compression lock and maybe s30v while we're at it! Or just bring it back with the compression lock and any handle material and I'd certainly buy one. That big old liner lock cut out was what always kept me from buying one. I knowI'm just dreaming but I'd really love one of these.:D
