Which of your knives can you get the sharpest?

Without a doubt, my Bark River Highland. I'm with Buzzbait, that convex edge is great.

My Buck Mayo also gets there, close to the Highland.

I'm with ya... BRKT holds that edge as well:cool:

It's a WWII Observers watch replica made by Aeromatic 1912 of Germany. I bought it because I too liked the look of it. It has a huge domed crystal which it pretty cool but you gotta watch out not to smack into anything. The face has been antiqued to give it the feeling of age. It's a quartz watch so it's fairly accurate. I bought it from a dealer in Germany through ebay. I've bought 2 watches from him and he seems to be a stand up guy. Here's a link to his auctions and a couple of pic's I just took.

Hope that helped.

My Helle Fjellkniven, Spyderco Endura, and a couple of my Bark Rivers get the sharpest. My SAKs get pretty seriously sharp, too. Convexed the edges of them, seemed to help out...

I bought a piece o' junk steak knife with a wobbly handle (brand new) at a church raffle for $0.25. Although it doesn't stay sharp for long I can put a razor edge on it. When we eat steak my brother always asks for that knife because he can't get over it.
