I carry my Izula all the time, but when i am in an urban environment i usually also carry my RC4 scout style, but around the front of my waist and not the small of my back.

If i am going into the bush i carry my RC4 or RC5 with my Izzie

I would say without a doubt my RC-3. Its the perfect weight, balance and size.

I have and use often the ESEE RC-4 when I head to the mountains hiking and camping.

Good size, not too big and not too small. will do everything I need and then some.

To be honest, you can't go wrong with any one of them. just to be safe you should just buy one of each because god knows in time you will be doing just that!

Oddly, also the first one I ever bought. Just a great little knife -- the right size in the right steel (love that heat treat) with a great edge.

These days I use my RP RC-3 more than anything else. Why? Because it's always there and it's perfect for cutting up food.

I have my RC-4 with me all the time. Use it every day. In the woods I also use an RC-5. I love the size of the RC-4 and definitely use every inch of the blade but after hearing what everyone says about the Izula and the RC-3 I can't help but feel like I'm missing out on something...

I use my Izula most - keep it in my front pocket - easier to get to than taking out my leatherman, opening it up, folding out the blade, folding it back...

My RC5 is my heavy-duty blade for bushcraft.

use the izula every day. its in my pocket always(well, as long as i have pants on) so its right there right now. the hest is carried in my edc bag and it gets used fairly often. but more for outdoorsy stuff. the esee 6 goes with me bout everytime i hit the woods. usually not simple shorter day hikes. but if theres gonna be fire(and why shldnt there always be fire)its with. great woods knife. one helluva chopper/splitter etc.
