Which small Busse(kin) for around my hot dog cart?

Well, the Scrap Yard Hot Diggity Dog Dagger just got announced. I don't think it'd work well for you honestly, but the name fits the hot dog cart theme.
 
If you haven't made your decision yet..look for a used Active Duty, might find one in that range..can be your EDC, and your cart knife all rolled into one..thick tip for the ice..

This is a good thin kydex set up, no clip..so when I want to carry it, fits well in my front pocket, and the handle is readily accessible yet non obtrusively.

Tip strenth... by the way.."Tournament of Oink" is still open..think my high score was 6 (tops pierced in the same swing..impressed? :rolleyes::barf::D)
