Little story.
This is one of the early ones with CPM S30V steel. This blade chips if you look at it wrong. I don’t hard use because of that!! And I wouldn’t buy S30V knives from anyone. It’s the only knife I have in that steel.
Now. I really like this knife in hand and rides real nice in the pocket. Just gotta be careful what I cut with it!!

I have about seven Chaps including 2 stepped Ti .
I keep coming back to this Carbon one for using . Mine is in the XHP . A favorite hard use steel of mine too .
This is one of the last ones I bought .
Reprofiled it thin behind the edge and about 12° per side polished .
Dang I love this knife ! ! !
Tends to run just a little thicker in the handle than most of them and I like that .
