Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Really wish they'd do a g-10 dragonfly with ZDP-189. Love that racing green though.

You can do a handle swap with a foliage green G10 dragonfly. Although it does void warranty. Moreso, the cost has kept me from doing it so far... until I find a lower price G10 dragonfly.

These two again.

Phenn, that's a beautiful pair. If you often carry 2, maybe you should pick up a nice zdp Dragonfly or something to spread your size range to supplement the larger blades IMO.

Thanks! I've ogled a few of the smaller Spydies, but haven't pulled the trigger on any of them. The N5 is, for me, a small knife. I've always carried knifes with blades over 3 inches, so the N5 fills the "small" slot for me well. But I still like the look of the Dragonfly...

Also, got my Manix XL today. :) So that's gonna kick the PM2 out of the pocket for a while...

Quick shot of my Nilakka

Cool, I gotcha. What is that little laser? What sort of battery?

Casey Lynch. He fabs some great deep carry clips also.
Has a knifemaker ad here.

Nice Nilakka! That knife has an exotic appeal to it.

The flashlight is a Thrunite Ti3. It's a little AAA LED light that's stupid bright. Three settings makes it pretty useful as an EDC light.

S30V Manix 2 hollow ground. Stout.

Wow very slick looking. Kind of inspires me to break out my old hollow ground Manix that's been hiding in a drawer somewhere!
Never really liked how those honeycomb scales look in general, but yours look awesome on that blade in this photo and kind of change my mind. Where did you source them, if you don't mind me asking?

Nice Santa Cruz in the background as well. Stans wheels & a Manitou fork it appears...?

Thanks!

I prefer a FFG for most daily chores but when it comes down to it I'll take the hollow ground for the tip strength.
The scales are Alan Putman. I believe BladeHQ sells them and can be found on feebay as well. He does good work and I've owned dozens.

Thanks again on the Santa Cruz. Just finished building it to have a hard tail in the stable for the upcoming season. It's a Highball carbon fiber BTW and right now it's like 10 degrees outside and looking at this bike sitting is just agonizing. Pretty though.

Did you know...it also has a strob light? I have one also.:D If you go through all 3 settings real fast the strob to come on.
