Manix 2 S110V again. Picked up another Big Chris regrind today from forum user "Moxy", this one at .005 (pictured above is at .008)

Still on the lookout for a Tom Krein regrind S110V Manix 2

These reground blades are amazing. It's the perfect slicer, and the knife is not "sooo nice" that you'd be afraid to put it to work. It's unbelievably light.

Very nice Rasco! I am a big fan of thin blades like these regrinds. In the Manix I have a Krein M4, and thinned out a S110V by hand (zero convex). They are both exceptional slicers. Enjoy!
